1. Refunds/Returns
1.1 Refunds or returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:
1.1.1 Items delivered does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.
1.1.1.1 In the event of products delivered that does not match the description or specifications listed on our website products can be returned for a refund provided that the following criteria has been met.
1.1.1.1.1 It is reported within 14 working days to william@fratter4wd.com
1.1.1.1.2 Item is returned with original packaging and unused. Packaging is not damaged.
1.1.1.2 In such an event the item will be exchanged for the correct item or refunded in full at no additional charges.
1.1.2 Items delivered was damaged or broken.
1.1.2.1 The preferred method of return for such instances are too not accept the items when delivered by the delivering party.
1.1.2.2 Damages and reason for rejecting delivery should clearly be marked on the waybill.
1.1.2.3 Rejection should immediately be reported in writing to william@fratter4wd.com. If possible, photos should be sent along.
1.1.2.4 In the event of accepting delivery, the waybill should be clearly marked that packaging was damaged when signing acceptance of the delivery. Goods should immediately be inspected for damages. Any damages should be reported within 7 working days to william@fratter4wd.co.za.
1.1.2.5 In the event that above criteria have been met the item/s will be exchanged or refunded without any additional charges.
1.1.2.5.1 Exchanges or refunds will only be processed as soon as the damaged goods has been collected and delivered back to Fratter4WD and camping.
1.1.3 Guarantee / Warrantee claims
1.1.3.1 All guarantee and warrantees are held with the supplier or manufactures of said items.
1.1.3.2 Guarantee and warrantee claims will be handled according to each manufacturer or supplier’s own policy.
